Abstract / 论坛简介

English: In recent years, with the accelerating development of renewable energy, the traditional power system balance regulation relying solely on the generation side faces challenges. Flexible resources in power systems are gradually replacing energy resources as the new scarce resources. The key to solving the "impossible triangle" of "security, economy, and low-carbon" in new power system construction lies in introducing flexible regulation resources from the demand side through virtual power plants (VPPs) and market mechanisms. As VPP technology research deepens, there is an urgent need to study the coordinated aggregation of heterogeneous resources such as data centers, high-energy-consuming industrial loads, and distributed generation clusters to enhance demand-side flexibility through market-oriented approaches.

中文: 近年来,随着新能源发展日益提速,传统电源侧单边参与的电力系统平衡调节面临挑战,电力系统灵活性资源逐步取代电能量资源,成为新的稀缺性资源。新型电力系统建设破解"安全、经济、低碳"不可能三角的关键,在于通过虚拟电厂,通过市场化手段,引入电力需求侧灵活调节资源。随着虚拟电厂技术研究逐步深入,亟待研究异质资源如数据中心、高载能工业负荷、分布式电源集群的协同聚合,通过市场化方式,实现需求侧灵活性提升。
